Mrs. Lapp's  Art Class

    Welcome to my art class website!  I am  excited about the upcoming 2011/2012 school year.  We are so fortunate here at Telluride Elementary to have  primary art education (not to mention technology, physical education,  library, and music education) taught by qualified specialists.   I hope this website will give you a better understanding of the TES art program.  Please ask your child about what they are learning in their "specials" classes. Your child's work will be kept throughout the year in their own personal portfolio in the art room.    We will have an art show at the end of the year featuring your child's best work! The student galleries on this site show  samples of student work from each of the four grades I teach.  Student art will also be displayed in the hallways of our school.  Since I teach 265 students weekly, I will not be able to post every student's art work on the web. I urge you to contact me via email  if you have questions or concerns.
